By downloading, installing, or using Yawn (“the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Yawn is a sleep tracking application that helps you monitor and improve your sleep patterns using data from Apple HealthKit (iOS) and Health Connect (Android).

Not Medical Advice

Yawn is a wellness tool, not a medical device. The information provided by the app — including sleep scores, consistency metrics, and recommendations — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.

Accounts

You may sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device’s App Store or Play Store settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their refund policies

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data
• Distribute or share your account credentials

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Yawn is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yawn and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that sleep data will be perfectly accurate.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
